1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing appshiner.com, creating an account, or submitting an application for audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Quality Revision Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. Nature of Audit Services & Deliverables
AppShiner delivers commercial diagnostic reports analyzing mobile and web applications across technical performance, interface usability (UI/UX), App Store Optimization (ASO), user retention heuristics, and conversion architecture:
- Free Sample Audit ($0): Unlocks Module 1 (ASO) for preview evaluation. Excludes advanced modules and human specialist curation.
- Basic Audit ($99): Delivers 4 automated core technical and flow modules. Competitor benchmarking and retention funnels are locked.
- Pro Audit ($249 - Flagship): Delivers all 6 modules completely unlocked, featuring multimodal AI Vision heuristics, direct category competitor benchmarking, 3 prioritized CRO quick-wins, and senior specialist verification.
- Growth Audit ($499 - formerly Enterprise): Delivers all 6 core modules plus Module 7 (30-Day Growth Sprint Roadmap), Module 8 (White-Label Agency Export License), and 30 days of priority senior specialist advisory.
3. Intellectual Property & Licensing Rights
Your App: You retain complete and unencumbered ownership of all intellectual property, trademarks, brand identity, and proprietary code associated with your target application.
The Audit Deliverable: Upon payment, AppShiner grants you a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable commercial license to utilize, share, present, and implement the audit findings, scores, and PDF reports internally with developers, designers, management, and investors.
White-Label Agency Rights (Growth Tier / Enterprise): Purchasers of the Growth tier ($499) are expressly authorized to remove AppShiner branding, apply their own agency logo/palette, and deliver the audit report directly to third-party clients as part of agency consulting engagements.
4. Disclaimer of Third-Party Algorithms & Performance
AppShiner provides expert diagnostic analysis and battle-tested conversion heuristics. However, because marketplace algorithms, organic search ranks, and feature placements are governed exclusively and autonomously by third parties (including Apple Inc. and Google LLC):
AppShiner does not guarantee specific store ranking positions, absolute download volume figures, or defined revenue targets. Our findings represent consultative growth recommendations based on empirical testing and category benchmarks.
5. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record
All order processing, payment collection, currency conversion, and sales tax compliance (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) are conducted by our Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy Inc., a certified global reseller. By purchasing an audit, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and confirm that the payment details provided are legally authorized.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppShiner and its specialists shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the implementation or non-implementation of recommendations contained in our reports. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the client for the specific audit in dispute.
